Hey, I’m Beth. Mindful mover, dream chaser and nature lover. My yoga journey began 10 years ago as a university student, stressed out and out of touch. I will never forget my first class. I fell in love instantly with the feeling of flowing freely with the breath, putting my mind in my body and allowing myself to fully relax.
The grounding and energy I found from yoga was like nothing else. Wanting to learn more about how yoga works on a deeper level to support health & wellbeing, I completed my first Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with the International Sivananda Vedanta Schoool of Yoga in 2016.
I discovered yoga was so much more than I realised. It’s a set of tools specifically developed to cultivate optimal health so we can thrive with compassion towards ourselves and others.
My practice continues to show me more about myself everyday, transforming how I show up to life with greater clarity, calm and connection to what’s important.
It’s my deepest wish that yoga graces you, too, with the same love it has me to find more strength, peace and joy in life.

That’s why my teaching is based on supporting you to deepen your practice so that, with time, you learn how to give yourself what you need. This personalized mentorship is designed to help you deepen your understanding of yoga practice & philosophy and learn to guide yourself on the mat.
Programme Structure
12 x 60 minute 1:1 online sessions with me via Zoom/Google Meet
You will learn how to:
Set meaningful intentions for your practice
Ground yourself with breathing & mindfulness techniques
Build strength and mobility
Sequence and modify your yoga practice to work best for you
Explore alignment and advance your asana practice
Guide yourself into relaxation
Investment: £720 (until January 2025, then £850)
